November 25, 1924 – December 6, 2017
“Vern” Luvern Riley Dye went to be with the Lord on December 6, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Vern will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dorothy, daughter Caulene (Alan) Bussard, son Dr. Mark “Dwayne” Stossel, step-son Carter Krahn, grandchildren David, Stephen, Daniel, James, Kathy, Jessie, James, Leeland and their families. Vern is predeceased by his first wife Ruth (nee Nafziger) Dye, daughter Marilyn Seeley and son-in-law Bryon Seeley. Funeral services will be held Friday December 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, Olds, AB. Memorial tributes may be made directly to the Gideon Bible Society or MSC Canada (Alan & Caulene Bussard) c/o First Baptist Church.
