BETTY ANN MOORE (nee Brodie)
1945 – 2018
Mrs. Betty Ann Moore passed away peacefully at the age of 72 years at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary with her loving husband Clarence of 53 years at her side.
Betty was born in Brooks, Alberta on April 28, 1945 to Leona and George Brodie. She was raised in Sundre, Alberta where she met the love of her life and was married on March 20, 1964.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Clarence of Innisfail, her loving son Kevin Moore of Blackfalds, and her loving daughter Karen Markham of Innisfail and her nine grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. Betty also leaves to mourn her sister: Barb (Ken) Neilsen of St. Paul, Alberta; brother Gordon Brodie of Balzac, Alberta and brother: Doug (Cora) Brodie of Innisfail; and brother: Don (Ethel) Brodie of Rocky Mountain House. She is also survived by Clarence’s two brothers, four sisters and their families, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins an Aunt. Betty was predeceased by her parents: George and Leona and sisters: Berna and Ruth; sisters in law Diane and Donna, seven brothers in law: George, Bob and Ken, Roy, Arnie, Art and Harold and sister in law Irene. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to S.T.A.R.S Air Ambulance.
